Smart chat bot for your website

A chat bot that reads your site and answers your customers for you

It goes through your pages, picks up services, prices and the questions people keep asking, then replies to visitors in your own words. You set it up with a mouse — almost no typing, no developer at all.

How it works

Four steps. All of it with a mouse

From a link to a working bot — no manuals, no developer, and almost no keyboard.

1The only thing you type

Give it your website address

You type the address once, and that is the last of the keyboard. No sign-up either: we show you the result first, you decide afterwards.

Any site works: a one-pager, a shop, a portfolio
Script-driven sites are read with a real browser

2The system works

We read the site for you

While you make coffee, the system walks the pages — services, prices, delivery, contacts, the questions people ask — and turns them into the bot’s knowledge.

Every price is stored together with a link to the page it came from. That is the guard against invention: what is not on your site, the bot will not say.

Try the bot yourself — then put it on the site

The bot already works. Talk to it in your dashboard the way a customer would: ask the awkward question, check the prices, watch it take a lead.

Pick the colour and the corner it sits in while you are there. Happy — copy one line onto your site. Not happy — change it and try again, as many times as you like.

The dashboard opens right away; an account is only needed to go live

Why you need it

You have a phone. People just don’t ring it any more

Here is an ordinary visitor on a Tuesday evening — and what a bot would have changed.

22:40
Someone is on your Services page looking for a kitchen fitting priceThere is no price there — it is “on request”. They are ready to order tonight.
How it goes now
All they see is a phone number and a “we’ll call you back” form
They don’t want to ring: it’s late, and they don’t like calling anyway
They skip the form — “they’ll ring tomorrow, I need it now”
They open a second tab with your competitor
You never even knew they were there
With the bot
They ask in the chat: “how much for a 4-metre kitchen?”
They get your price with a link to the page — in two seconds
The bot asks for measurements and offers a visit
They leave their number right there in the chat
The lead is in your Telegram at 22:41

Younger customers don’t call

For anyone who grew up in messaging apps, ringing a stranger is a hurdle. They are not shy — they simply move on to someone they can write to.

First to answer wins the job

People write to three or four places at once and order from whoever replies. The bot answers in seconds while you are driving or on site.

It closes, it doesn’t just answer

It answers the question and immediately offers the visit, the quote, the booking. It does not wait for the customer to think of leaving a number.

It catches the awkward questions

“Is it really in stock?”, “what if it doesn’t fit?” — nobody rings for that, but everyone will type it. Orders are built out of exactly those small things.

It helps you in search

Someone who talks to the bot stays longer and bounces less. Search engines read that as a useful page — behaviour is an open ranking factor for Yandex and part of the quality picture for Google.

It keeps foreign visitors

Someone writes in Polish or German and normally just leaves. The bot answers in their language and takes their contact details.

What the bot does

Let’s take one answer apart

This is an ordinary reply from your bot. There are four things in it that ordinary bots don’t have.

The figure comes from your data

The price is taken from your page. If a figure isn’t in the data, the bot says so plainly instead of inventing one.

A link to the source

The customer sees where the answer came from and can check it. You see which page is due an update.

Kitchen Fittersanswers from your pages
How much for fitting a 4-metre kitchen?
Fitting is from £45 per metre, so four metres is about £180. The fitter will confirm the exact figure after measuring.“Services and prices” page
Want it booked in? Here is the form — the first line is already filled in.What you need doneFit a kitchen, 4 metresYour name+44 __ ____ ____It reaches the fitter the moment you send it. He looks at his week and tells you the earliest day he can take you.Send the request
The lead is taken in the chat

Not “please go to our contact page”. A ready form right here, with what they want already written in from the conversation — they only add a name and a number.

It never books anyone in

The bot has no idea what your week looks like, so it never names a date and never promises a slot. It says you will look and come back — and passes over the whole conversation.

It understands any language

Someone writes in a language that isn’t yours — the bot still understands and answers in theirs, from your data. Nothing to set up.

Leads land in Telegram

The lead is in Telegram the same second. Not a messaging person? We send a digest to your inbox every few hours.

It works at night

Enquiries at three in the morning are normal. The bot answers while you sleep.

Every conversation is there

Chat history sits in your dashboard, sorted by day. You can see what people asked yesterday and where they dropped off.

It gets smarter, if you let it

Once a week it goes through the conversations, finds where it answered badly and writes itself new instructions. Off until you switch it on.

It refreshes on your command

Changed your prices? Press Refresh. We re-read the pages, show you what moved and offer to save it. You can let the bot edit its own instructions instead.

Nobody else does this

The bot reads its own conversations and brings you conclusions

Turn the analysis on and once a week it works out what people asked about, what they didn’t find and what to do about it.

Worth fixing on the site

Not in the bot — on the site itself. People keep asking for things that aren’t there.

23times
No price for old furniture removalEvery fifth conversation hits this. The bot has to send them to you, even though they are ready to order there and then.
14times
Nothing about delivery outside the cityYour delivery page only covers the city. Half the people asking are from further out.
9times
People ask about paying in instalmentsIf you don’t offer it, say so plainly. If you do, it is nowhere to be seen.
Add to the bot’s answers

Ready-made wording taken from your own conversations. Tick the ones you want.

“Old furniture removal — £30 within the city”Put in your own price if this one is wrong
“We do deliver outside the city, £0.60 per mile”Appears in answers and on the delivery slide
“No instalments, payment on delivery”Marked as declined — the bot won’t bring it up

Analysis is off by default. Until you switch it on, conversations simply sit in your dashboard and go nowhere.
The bot never changes anything silently: you see every change to its instructions as a list and tick it off first.

A message is one question from a visitor and the answer to it. We count messages, not chats: one person writes twice, another forty times.

Nine languages

Written by people, not run through a translator

Every language version of the site and the dashboard is written from scratch by someone who thinks in that language. Not a translation of the English — a separate text, with its own examples and its own arguments.

Easy to check: open the Polish version and show it to a Pole. Our competitors run their site in English only — they translate the bot, not themselves.

You never set the bot’s language. It looks at what language the page it sits on is in, and speaks that — labels and answers alike. On yoursite.com/ru/ it speaks Russian, on an English page it speaks English. In the settings this is “Auto”, and there is usually nothing to change.

Questions

Ask — we answer the way the bot does

Real questions people ask before their first try
What if the bot tells a customer something untrue?
It never quotes a figure that isn’t in your data — that is built in, not requested. Everything else it answers in your own wording and shows the page it came from.
Do I need a developer to install it?
One line in your site’s code — the same place the analytics tag goes. In website builders the field is called “custom HTML”.
What happens after five days?
The bot stops, the setup stays. Pay and it picks up exactly where it left off. We delete nothing.
Where are customer conversations stored?
On our own server in Germany. We don’t pass them to third parties and we don’t train models on them.
Ask the rest of the bot in the corner
