How you pay

By card, through lava.top. The subscription renews every month on the day you first paid, and it keeps running until you cancel.

Prices are shown in dollars and can be paid in your own currency where the payment provider supports it. The amount that leaves your account is the one you see on the payment page.

What each plan includes

One site — $19 a month: one bot, up to 1,000 conversations. Several sites — $39: five bots, up to 5,000. Agency — $99: 25 bots, up to 25,000.

A conversation is one chat with one visitor, however many messages it takes. Going a little over the limit does not switch anything off; if you go far over it consistently, we will write and suggest the next plan.

Cancelling

One button in the dashboard, on any day, with no questions and nothing to explain. Your bot keeps working to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops appearing on the site.

Cancelling never deletes anything. Come back a month later and everything is where you left it.

Refunds

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and the bot has held fewer than 100 conversations, we refund that payment in full. Ask at info@vefaro.com.

After that we do not refund a period already used — but you can always cancel so the next one is not charged.

If the service was down for more than a day through our fault, tell us and we will extend your paid period by the time you lost.

Promo codes

A code adds free days to your subscription and is applied when the payment goes through. One code per account. Codes cannot be exchanged for money.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, the payment provider retries it for a few days. During that time the bot keeps working. If it still fails, the subscription pauses and the widget stops showing — everything else stays untouched.
