Terms of service

What the service is

Vefaro reads the public pages of your website, turns what it finds into a knowledge base, and runs a chat widget on your site that answers your visitors from that knowledge base and collects their contact details for you.

The service is provided as software over the internet. You do not receive a copy of it, and no source code, prompt or model is transferred to you.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access.

One account may hold several sites, within the limits of your plan. You may not resell access to the dashboard itself unless you are on the Agency plan, which exists for exactly that.

Free period

Every new account gets five days of full use, with no card. When the five days end the widget stops appearing on your site. Nothing is deleted: your knowledge base, conversations and leads stay in the dashboard, and a subscription brings the bot back exactly where it stopped.

Subscription and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard.

You may cancel on any day. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not cut it short and we do not ask why.

Payment details are handled by lava.top, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

What you are responsible for

That you have the right to the website you connect, and to the content the bot will use.

That the information on your site is accurate. The bot answers from your pages — if a price there is wrong, the bot will repeat it.

That the bot is not used for anything unlawful, for spam, or to impersonate someone else.

What we are responsible for

We keep the service running and your data on our own server in Germany. We do not sell your data and we do not train models on it.

The bot speaks on your behalf and its answers come from your own pages, but it is software and it can be wrong. Check what it knows before you put it in front of customers — the dashboard exists for that. We are not liable for a decision a visitor makes based on a bot answer.

Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us over the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or lost opportunity.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully, that attacks or overloads the service, or whose payment has failed. Where the reason allows it, we write first and give you a chance to fix it.

Changes and ending

You can delete a site or stop paying at any time. Ask us and we will delete your account and its data entirely.

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
